Planned a long run but was a long way off getting it done. Legs were tired and the weather a bit warmer than previous weeks. After 9km I took a Santa Madre gel, which was good and got me through 3-4km more. Then I pushed on to 15km with the last 1km being very hard. Couldn’t do 16km unfortunately..
Feeling a bit overtrained and legs were very sore. Ankle needs a break too.
