Notes
First run on new shoes. First impression was they are too flexible for a marathon, but they went ok on a slippery surface (97% humidity).
After an easy start the pace picked up and it became a progressive run, though never particulalrly hard.
Lap times of 14mins 54secs, 14mins 18secs, 14mins 8secs and 14mins 2secs, then a last mini-lap of 1.2km in 5mins 26secs.
