Generally easy running but did 2 runs along the promenade to try to get up the Strava charts. those were quick, the rest of the running was over 5mins/km, which is ok for an easy run. Shoes aren't great though, at either fast or slow pace.
Did the promenade runs in 4mins 12secs Eastbound and 4mins 7secs Westbound - both can be improved upon after the marathons are over.
