Ran easy the first 2M ( 1M 7:22 / 2M 7:05 ) Picked up the pace @ 3M 6:58, but felt tired... Not bad ave pace, but felt tired... Strided out the last 1/4 mile, which is why the average pace was sub 7.
Achilies feeling much better :-)
