Long run part 2. Bonked at 4k. Felt great through the first 21k, stopped for 30 minutes to get the kids breakfast, had a cup of coffee and didn't eat anything. Then the bonk came, I stopped to eat something felt fine again after.
Did 6 rounds of 10:00 @ 4:10/km, 10:00 easy, 4 rounds during the first 21k, 2 rounds during this run. Felt really good.
