Need to take the stupid Yankz out of my silver/pink Nikes. I hate those things so I keep grabbing my yellow ones instead. Decent run but SUPER humid. Wished I had the mental fortitude to get up and run this morning but was just too tired....paid the price by doing it this evening in the heat.
