Ran outside for once! Decided to run around the Purgatory Creek area behind the gym instead of Hyland. Decent trail! Pretty icy and lumpy in places, but overall pretty good. Ran with Jamie ... I think I could have run a little faster on my own. LOVE my new CWX running tights. They really are self regulating...I was warm when cold outside, but not hot in them when inside the house. Awesome!!
