First leg of Ragnar. Distance and elevation were fine, but the heat was absolutely deadly....This run did not feel very good, I really struggled to finish.
NOTE: the last 0.09 was a light easy jog around a parking lot for cooldown. forgot to hit lap (you can see my real end time....i sped up considerably to pass a lady)
