No Wimp Wednesday with special guest Kenny Goodfellow. Kraig brought us up Pinnacle hill and then rolled his ankle on the way down so we walked the rest of the way down to the roads and went back to the car. He stopped and Patterson, Kenny, and I continued a few more miles. Felt pretty decent on this run despite being so tired.
