Met Dave at the canal park in Palmyra and set off on the most boring long run route ever. But, it got me a bunch of tiles that I needed! It was hot and sunny and humid and I wasn't feeling super awesome, but managed to make it to about 11 or 12 before I got really tired. Last mile and a half was a deathmarch. Recovered pretty well after I downed some cold water, but was exhausted the whole rest of the day. Glad to see we were running quickly despite not feeling spunky!
