Jack from the summer throwdown was willing to drive out and do a long run with me today. He said he wanted hills, so I took him on the nothin' but hills loop, then we added on some other hilly roads. I think he was a bit surprised by the quality of the hills out here. This was a good long run though! My right calf started to tighten up around 13 but held on for the whole run.
