2 mile warmup, 5 miles at tempo effort, 1.2 mile cooldown. Was hoping to be a bit quicker on the tempo miles, but being sick and running up some hills and into the wind slowed me down. I guess I can't be too upset with this run when I seriously thought I needed to go home and take a nap earlier today. A guy at the gym called me savage for running outside today; made my day.
