Notes

Did the second part of stretching, Season 1 Episode 29 of Yoga Zone, but it was more strength and I was tired from my little hill. Then I did Season 1 Episode 15 of Yoga Zone, Yoga for Weight Loss, and it was great. Active but doable, sweated and still felt stretched out. There are actually two parts to it so it can be done as a shorter workout. The second part runs you quickly through the warrior poses with a focus on your spine.

I feel all yoga good now. This is a great week.
