AIM: Easy run practising Chi running style

ACTUAL: Legs very tired & very stiff. It took a long time to get relaxed enough to run even moderately fluidly. However, there were towards the end a couple of brief spells when I almost got the technique right. These coincided with lifting heels higher which helped with "falling forwards". Ran last 1/2M faster (3:47)
