AIM: Easy run. I haven't run for a couple of weeks due to bad weather. Have been doing lots of aerobics though. Turkey Trot next week so thought I'd better run, even though lots of ice & snow on the ground still.
ACTUAL: Lack of running => legs felt TIRED!!!
I guess this proves that there is no substitute for running if you have a half marathon race coming up.
I'll have to prepare mentally for a LOT OF PAIN in TT next week.
