AIM: HR 110-120 - Base Aerobic Training

Actual: Kept to zones almost all of the way.

Cool-down (12 mins walk around the block + make breakfast & eat).

Recovery (to 64 bpm) 38 min (incl cool-down).

(NB HR was around 76 when finished walk so if I had sat down recovery would have been a LOT faster).
