AIM: Run a couple of miles at an 8min / mile pace
Actual: Ran easy for 1/2 mile (4:30) & decided to go a bit quicker (8min/mile). Ran next 1/2 in 3:56 (exactly right pace)
Decided to keep up the same pace for next mile...managed 7:28 (going a bit quick so felt the need to slow a bit).
Decided to go at around 9 min / mile for rest of the way, but although I felt like I was going slowly HR was 155+ mostly.
