AIM: Easy run @ 9:15 / mile pace using Chi running technique. Specifically - focus on using abs to tilt pelvis up at front & to use body twist to swing arms & legs, and RELAXING as much as possible.

ACTUAL: Relaxation seems to work well. Running at around 8:00 / mile without any real effort
