AIM: Long hilly run @ 9:15 pace using Chi running technique

ACTUAL: Technique went completely to pot. Start & end at normal T.Trot place...the rest of the route similar to TT 8.8m.

Went too fast early (allowing myself to speed up on the downhill bits) on & felt pretty tired!
