AIM: Easy jog MaxHR < 120

ACTUAL: Ran at a steady pace. No walking etc for last 3M. This works better. Run at what I know to be aerobic & let the HRM steady down. Jog/walk routine is not good as HRM over-compensates and you can't get a steady HR.
