AIM: Moderate effort - go faster than previous runs e.g. 8:15 av. pace.
ACTUAL: Felt OK & ran fairly fast for 2M, then eased off a lot as legs tired. Fast last 1/4M.
It seems the calisthenics is keeping me fairly aerobically fit!
