Notes
AIM: Easy run @ 9:30 pace. I was due to do a 10M race today, but (possibly due to diet) running very poorly this week. Anyhow decided to run easy & see how far I could do. (Could I have done the race? Albeit at a very slow pace.)
ACTUAL: Ran 5M at a very easy pace, but even so after 4M felt I wanted to stop. So, good decision not to do the race.
SUMMARY: Disappointing, but maybe due to diet. I'll have a couple more days dieting then get back to normal. After that we'll see what runs are like.
ROUTE - Morrisons, Abbey Rd, Trent Bridge, Melton Rd, Musters. Stopped running at Sherborne Rd.
