AIM: 6 x 250m @ 7:45 pace + 3 x 1m @ 7:42 + warm/cool
ACTUAL: Legs tired - didn't cool-down properly yesterday! Didn't manage the 3 x 1M, but the 1M I did was fast (7:00 pace) (with a slight tailwind). 250m intervals were at around this pace too - but felt hard as into the wind.
