AIM Easy HR < 135
Actual Ran slowly (HR = 125) for M1-2. Then HRM packed in, so ran moderately M3-4 & gradually picked up the pace over M4-8.
Splits: 10:51, 11:01, 18:44 (2m), 9:27, 8:35, 9:42 (very hilly!), 7:55 (pushed on fairly hard + some downhill).
