Notes

AIM: Goosefair Gallop route. Do the full 10k route plus an extra 8k looping around most of the course for a 2nd time. Keep the pace relatively easy on first loop & a bit faster on the 2nd.

ACTUAL: Went a bit faster on 1st loop 8:23 pace & slowed down a lot for 2nd loop. The time includes multiple stops to get the rocks out of my shoes. Use GREEN SILENCE for the actual race as I'll get less rocks in them!

Calculated approx 2000' of climb along this course. (Accidentally stopped GPS so didn't get really accurate height figures. However total time & distance are correct.)
