AIM: z2 40 mins - HILL run!
I chose the 1m hilly around-the-block route & did it 5 times.
HR was in z2 most of the time, but occasionally just into z3 (around 156).
Times got slower & slower, but didn't actually take splits. Legs fairly tired when going uphill after the first couple of laps.
