AIM: Set off slowly & gradually speed up. Get to the start of the long hill in good shape. Push had over last 1-1.5m

ACTUAL: As above! Felt good all the way around. Slightly faster than last year. Finished just behind Nicola (who normally beats me by a couple of minutes over this distance).
