AIM: Fairly fast for 2M & easy the rest of the way
ACTUAL: Managed to get pace up to 7:00 / mile at some points - Av pace for 2M was 7:53 which is not too bad as I had 1/4 M uphill warm up (but did have a fairly long downhill stretch to help too.) Kept up the fast(ish) pace for at least 1M on the flat though.
