AIM: Steady sustainable pace. Ideally < 8:40 as I eat a lot of chocs etc last night so was hoping lots of glycogen in muscles.

ACTUAL: Running felt a LOT easier than of late (when on a low carb diet). Pace much better than recent runs (still not fast enough though!)
