COMPARISON - 9/9/8 - 7:46 / mile - This is a very hilly route!!! Doesn't make sense to compare.
AIM - z3 for 30 min + improve hill running technique. Run effortlessly!
ACTUAL - AvHR 160 so stayed in z3 nicely. Legs felt tired m3-4. However managed to climb the hills without increasing HR much, which implies good technique. Managed to stay reasonably relaxed for the first mile or so, but somehow I think I tensed up as it got harder, which made it harder still. Need to relax more. Need to love running! Need to glide over the ground. Effortless effort!
