Rush Running - 30 sec - 5K pace, 1 min marathon pace, 1.5 min 5 K pace, 1 min marathon pace....up to 4 mins and then back down to 30 sec. I made it to 3.5 and stopped to cool down....both hips hurting....
Ugh..really hurting tonight.
