Fun day for a 5k race. I think I had one of my best paced races. Was able to get HR high up there. My best 5k so far. mile markers are approximate. Still can't seem to get a really good first mile in, but the first mile for this race was uphill.
This was my last 5k for this season. Looking forward to a winter of MAF and to do lots of racing in the spring.
Speed was not a problem. Just could not get enough oxygen to the let muscles. Breathing was good. More mileage will solve that.
