Notes

did 4 minutes today and felt no tightness but don't want to push it too fast. I did 3 sets of warmup exercise first. arm circles, rotator cuff and jumping jacks, 3 sets of 20 for each and I did my pull ups. 2x5. going to devise a hanging pull up rack in the garage
