first time doing that in a looooong time.

could have maybe been 15-30 seconds quicker if it had been a race but that would have been about it

the rolling hills will definitely help my training. this is going to be an every other week test I think. With the plan of keeping it at 4 miles until it gets down to 28 minutes (hopefully this summer). That will require a ton of intervals and about 10 pounds of weight loss
