switched it up. tried to simulate race conditions, we out at what I thought I could do for a 5k based on effort, not the watch.
did the first 2 in 16:57 for an 8:27 which is probably about right. Just cooled down for the last two and averaged 9:27's.
felt good, hard because of the hill on scarlet oak but there are hills everywhere here, just need to get better
