Notes

Nice workout on the gravel path at the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta. Hit the paces pretty much right on for everything and never was straining at all. It definitely was a little harder doing the 5:10 to 5:00 pace on gravel because of the traction that you lose, but I think it was good for my legs to have to work a little harder. Really starting to feel confident in my running again. Finished the workout with 4x200m accelerating. My guess is that I was running 32s or faster.
