Notes

Did a workout with Eric on the track of something like 2x1200m and 3x1000m with 400m jog recovery at 4:55 to 5:00 pace. Afterward I was planning on doing 5x800m solo in 2:20 or faster, but my right hip which had been sore for the past couple week got had a sharp pain in the middle of the third one. Had to stop immediately and go in to ice.
