2.5 hours - 90 min easy, 6 mins @MP (6:05-6:10), remainder easy
first 5 of the MP miles were running into some wind on the west side going north. A real slog - legs tired, feeling very uninspired. 3 of the miles were 4-10 seconds too slow. Did the 6th mile going south and was a bit better.
Definitely giving myself only 1.5 days since the 8x800s on thursday evening was stupid. hopefully, that is the reason for the malaise.
