2 miles warm up 5 miles @ HM pace, 1 mile easy, 3 miles @ HM pace 1 mile cool down

the plan was a 5 and a 4 miles @ HM pace but as i was slowing down i called it a day. Still slower than HM pace (8:35) but its only 6 days since my half marathon so maybe still not recovered properly
