Ugh. Planned 12-14. Again, couldn't run at all at first, Achilles hurt too much even for slow trot. Walked a lap and a half, then could start running, Achilles totally fine after maybe a mile. But I was really not feeling it. Very tired, no energy. Combined with the heat, and lack of a plan this week other than "easy recovery from Worlds", I called it.
Think I'm getting a cold, dammit.
