Notes
Happy afternoon to myself. I finished up a solid week that's a bit marred by lack of sleep and beer. Ran some spectacular intervals last week but I need to make sure that I recover so my body actually benefits from them.
Goal Updates:
1. I am enjoying training! Keep it up
2. Sleep needs to be a priority.
3. Alcohol just needs to go until after the tri. I tell myself "just 1", but after I drink that first I desperately want another. No beer until after Clear Lake Olympic!
4. Weight.... well maybe num 3 will help with this but it really hasn't been a priority and I'm running faster while staying healthy, so don't mess with a good thing.
