EZ out, Moderate back. Felt really strong today, ran on the Grant Wood trail so nice and flat and just generally moved well until about mile 5 when the right calf got tight.
New trail shoes are ... very stiff. The left foot didn't like it at first but I didn't notice past about half a mile. On the way back I could feel my right arch was struggling, not sure if that's due to the shoe or what.
A light tempo all things considered but I gotta race this weekend.
