He lost enough fitness with his ankle problem that I can outswim him at distances over 50m (for a very short time)!!
Also the recording ... is clearly very wrong
WU = 100 + 50 + 50 + 100
1st set = IM ladder 25 fly + 25 f + 50 ba + 50fr + 75br + 75 fr + 100 fr
2nd set = 25 easy fr + 25 fist + 25 mod fr x4
2x50yd pull
CD = 100 really easy + a bunch of 50s (4?)
=1400yd?
