Notes

Finally had a really solid week last week. Was super sore and had a B quality effort on Tuesday but managed to survive it. By running with friends and doing the Sat run for time on feet, I felt good enough to run a really solid PCTR loop on Sunday.

- Drinking way too much =(

- Sleep was hit or miss but I ended the week well.

- mileage was good 60

- got through 2 workouts!

life is good, weather is cooling off. Time to really enjoy things so I'm going to TT a 3k this week.

Shoulder is still sore but making slow progress. I really think it's just a strained ligament.
