felt rough after 10 hours of sleep but committed
to trying this so jogged to a track a little further away (3.5 mi)
still felt rough so I figured I 'd run the mile and see what happened
Managed to do everything though I couldn't remember the rests

3:01, 3:01, 2:59 800s - 2 min rest
:39, :38, :38, :37 on slow 100 walk ~1:30
so incredibly windy.
I think the week of of drinking with cousins really hurt
