Notes

Hill intervals, 3 x .25 Started with a 1 mile warm-up, 5 incline @ 6.5 (to easy), 7 incline @ 6.5 (could feel it on the last half but not too difficult), 9 incline @ 6.5 (breathing hard by the end) Finished up 1.50 cool down. 2nd day of diet, I lost one pound but I am missing my food.
