5 X 1/4 mile hill repeats. 1 mile warm up, 2 @ 6.0 10 incline, 2 @ 6.0 11 incline, 1 @ 6.0 12 incline, last 1/4 mile @ 6:30 pace 9.1 Good, tough workout. The last 1/4 seemed so fast after running slow the whole time. Cardio felt ok until the last 10-15 seconds.
