Wow... I never, ever thought I'd be able to run this sort of a distance, but today's the day that moves me forward into the double-digits. M and I have a great run on a very humid day, and, although the finish is a sore one for me in both my foot-bottoms and my left knee, the sense of satisfaction alone drives me on the final mile. Thankful for both cloud-cover and some generous breezes, but most for M, who sets a fine pace early on and inspires me onward the whole way...
