Trying to look on the bright side. I can stand. I can walk. I can bike. I can elliptical (verb?). I can lift. I can do heel drops. I can go through a whole day pain free.

I just can't run. I'm close though. Closer every day. I tried a slow jog with "loosey goosey" ankle. It was okay for like a minute. Then it hurt. So I stopped. Trying to decide when I can not stop and not do more damage. Because right now, it feels like I'm getting better. I mean, I couldn't even have tried that little jog a few days ago.

Anyway, lifting + elliptical + bike today. Whatever. Maybe by Tuesday I can start again?

Meanwhile, I'll get fat this weekend and love it. Marathon still 16 weeks away...
