Notes

Pulled out a workout from last year this week - 2 up, then 3 at HM, 0.5 rest, 3 x 0.25 with 0.5 rests.

Was ok. HM miles I worked a little harder than I would have liked (5:56, 6:07, 6:00). And I'm in some serious pain in my right foot. I need to get healed up, but I just want to get through these next two races and get to 10,000 miles. Irrational and stoopid.
